Pack Name: Alfheimr
Pack Ranks:
Disir: Guardians, the most highly respected role. It is awarded to the strongest so it is usually male dominated.
Ranks:
Apprentice. Squire. Knight. Earl.
Modir/Valkyrie: A male/female warrior. Though they are wolves of the light they know fighting is necessary. This is usually the second job of a Disir.

Eir: Healer or herbalist. A popular second job for a Norn.

Andhrimnr: Hunters and gatherers. All will hunt but some choose it to exclusion. It is the most common secondary job.

Elders: Respectively Aldo or Elli, male or female.
Pack Rules: They are a people of Light, so no harm shall be done out of anger. Dueling is allowed to settle disputes and trials will be held yearly to establish who will rank up and if a wolf is qualified to join the Modir/Valkeries or Disir.
There is a limit of one mate, and unfaithfulness to said mate is frowned upon. There is however no prescribed gender to which your mate should belong. Formal matings will be approved by The Alphas, and blessed by a Norn.
Every wolf is required to bring in at least one good sized kill a month. Pack hunts will be organized and all asked to attend. Being creatures of light and order there will be strictures. If you cannot attend the hunt please inform the Alphas.
Elders are to be respected, as are all above you in rank and profession. You should take pride in your job and pack, so treat all within with respect and the pack will go on in harmony.
On Formal Titles
Every member of the pack will have a formal title. This will be made up of up to four parts. The first part is rank. If you are Æsir you will have Aes as a prefixture. Vanir have Van. Next are the professional fixes. Dis, Mod, Val, Andhr, Eir, Syn, Den, Sol, Her, and Skal. Norns do not use prefixtures, they are prefixtures of rank. If a Norn is also a Skywatcher, it would be Nornsol. Andhr comes after only Dis Mod Val or Eir, with any other prefixture it comes first, Andhrsyn. Beyla do not get any prefixtures, they are only servants. Elders respective to their gender are called Aldo or Elli, Male or Female. Pups are students, and referred to as a Barn.
EX: Beoulf is the Alpha, so his full formal title would be
Himir Aesdismodandhr Beoulf. Aes for Aesir, Dis for Disir, Mod for Modir Andhr for Andhrmir

Mistletoe is a sacred herb, and a sprig is given on special occasions. There will be a coming of age ceremony when the Barn matures, fully becoming one of the pack. It will enter its chosen profession at the lowest level. When a wolf chooses it may retire to become an Elder after the age of six. It will be cared for by its packmates, a certain hunter will be assigned to hunt for them, its only occupation unless it chooses a secondary position. Dark aligned packs will not be tolerated near their borders. They will take all of Light or Neutral Alignment. The Wolves of Alfheimr are encouraged to hunt down Dark Aligned wolves and protect the weak.
